A look tailored to your preferences, for all occasions *EXCEPT BRIDAL*. Whether you want a soft focus look, a full glam or something in between, This will be the tier for you. All makeup applications come with lashes, unless otherwise stated by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Velvet Atelier Beauté for your makeup experience. To ensure a smooth and professional booking process, please review the following policy before reserving your appointment. 1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS All appointments must be booked online through the official booking system. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final balance. Appointments without a confirmed deposit will not be held. 2. PAYMENT The remaining balance is due on the day of service, BEFORE your session begins. Accepted payment methods: cash and Zelle. Please ensure payment is completed promptly to avoid delays. 3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 in advance without penalty. Cancellations of your appointment will NOT forfeit the retainer. Retainers are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future bookings. Reschedules due to emergencies will be handled at the artist’s discretion. 4. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed. A 15 minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals after that window will result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund. 5. TRAVEL & ON-LOCATION SERVICES For on-site bookings, travel fees apply and will be calculated based on distance 25 miles from 20772 Parking or valet fees (if applicable) must be covered by the client. 6. ADDITIONAL GUESTS To maintain a professional and sanitary environment, only clients receiving the services should be present during the appointment, unless otherwise approved. 7. HYGIENE & SAFETY All tools and products are thoroughly sanitized before each appointment. Please inform the artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent procedures. If you arrive with any contagious skin condition (e.g., cold sore, eye infection), service WILL be refused for safety reasons. 8. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT By booking, you consent to photos and/or short video clips being taken for social media but mostly for portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the artist know before your session begins. Being photographed and videoed is not compulsory, however it helps clients see the work being provided and the final results. 9. REFUNDS Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services.
